SPAGETI CARBONARA

Salam,

To my adorable students, wishing you best of luck in your final exam. And to my honourable friends and guests, carbonara spaghetti  is specially served for you today... the spaghetti that my little brother, Adik Ing likes it most...
 
See the picture... The colour look dull but the taste is amazing... hup2.. yummy tau... Remembering the phrase of... "don't judge the book by its cover"... same situation as happen to my spaghetti... hehehe..

 

So, here is the recipe...
 
SPAGETI CARBONARA
(serving untuk 4-5 orang)
 
3/4 packet spaghetti (rebus dengan sedikit olive oil & garam)
 
Untuk Gravy:
 
isi ayam (potong dadu atau hiris nipis)
isi udang (aku tak letak)
10 keping dried shitake mushroom (rendam dan potong)
2 ulas bawang putih - dicincang
1/2 labu bawang besar Holland - cincang dadu
2 keping cheese (aku guna slice cheese)
1 tin sos spageti carbonara prego
1 setengah cawan susu cair
3 cawan air
sedikit serbuk lada hitam
secubit garam
2 sudu besar olive oil
 
CARA:
  • Panaskan olive oil dan tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga kekuningan.
  • Masukkan isi ayam dan shitake mushroom dan biarkan seketika hingga ianya masak.
  • Tambakan sos spageti prego carbonara, susu cair, air, slice cheese dan isi udang.
  • Kuah hendaklah sentiasa dikacau supaya ia tidak hangus.
  • Masak hingga kuah menjadi sedikit pekat.
  • Perasakan dengan serbuk lada hitam dan secubit garam.
  • Hidang bersama spaghetti yang telah direbus tadi.
